    I love Bricktown. I come here every morning for coffee and have been coming here for about 3 years. I love their food, which is always good, especially their breakfast. All pastries/muffins are fresh and honestly, their coffee is the best in LIC.

    Bricktown has got one of the best bagels in NYC and despite the choas sometimes at the register, the people that work their are friendly and work their assese off. Way to go Bricktown!

    I know a worker there who has shown me pictures of them forcing workers to cook and sell moldy bagels. If this got to the health commission they would be shut down. Also, the woman at the counter is always upset and seems like shes in a bad mood. I call my orders in for pick up and my order is almost always wrong. I've tried to at least get a replacement sandwich, they told me, "it's not their problem". 10/10 would not reccomend this place. Try NuLook a block or two away on Vernon.

    We absolutely love this place. Its a bit of a trek from where we live, but we try to make the journey every now and then, just because the bagels are that damn good.

    @ the Store manager. I thank you for calling me and addressing my issue in a timely fashion. Your attitude and customer services was beyond great. Because of you and how you handling the situation. I can say you have not lost our business.
